SUMMARY:Crossing Barriers: Finding Collaborators and Applications
DESCRIPTION:In this presentation\, Dr. Doug Woody\,聽Professor in the School of Psychological Sciences\,聽will address common challenges related to scholarly collaboration and to the applications of our research. He will begin with traditional recommendations for identifying collaborators within our own research areas and then explore alternative approaches to collaboration across universities\, research topics\, and professional roles. Throughout the discussion\, he will emphasize both intentional collaboration strategies and the ways serendipity can enhance scholarly processes and outcomes. \nHe will also address the application of research findings.
