UNC Conference and Event Services provides one-stop support as we coordinate all on campus services for our clients.

Host an Event or Conference

All event requests must be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance. A Conference & Event Services staff member will be in touch about your request and any additional steps to be taken.

If you are submitting your event request on behalf of a UNC department, sanctioned club or recognized student organization use the request form below.
