What We Do

We focus on five main goals to support rural schools and teachers:

• More Future Teachers: We help bring more people into the teaching profession, especially in rural areas.
• Support Student Teachers: We give help to college students who want to do their student teaching in a rural school.
• Help Teachers Grow: We support current rural teachers who want to take on bigger roles—like becoming National Board Certified or teaching college-level classes.
• Training and Learning: We’re building a strong network where rural teachers can learn new skills and grow in their careers.
• Support Rural Education: We work on research, write grants, and speak up for rural schools to help them get the support they need.

Our Vision

We believe every child in ºÚÁÏÉçÇø should get a great education, no matter where they live. That’s why we help find, train, and support teachers in rural and small-town schools. We bring people together, share resources, and build strong teacher communities to make this happen.
