2027 Keynote Speaker: Mark Ludy

Mark Ludy is an author, illustrator, speaker, and lifelong creative who has spent more than 25 years encouraging people of all ages to see, imagine, and create differently. His books and artwork have reached classrooms and communities around the world, and he has spoken to thousands of students and educators along the way. Mark is especially passionate about helping future teachers recognize the powerful role creativity, curiosity, and encouragement can play in the life of a student.

UNC is excited to offer $1,000 scholarships to two Future Teacher Conference attendees who will enroll at UNC in the fall of 2027. Come to the Future Teacher Conference Feb. 5, 2027 for a chance to receive a scholarship*

*You must be present at the Future Teacher Conference on Feb. 5, 2027 to win. Students selected must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate teacher licensure program for Fall 2027 on the Greeley Campus to receive the scholarship.
