Kamel N. Haddad, Ph.D. is a senior academic leader with more than three decades of experience in higher education, spanning faculty life, academic administration, and executive leadership at comprehensive public universities. He currently serves as Dean of the College of Natural and Health Sciences at the University of Northern ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, where he leads the institution’s largest college, overseeing ten academic units, multiple doctoral programs, and a complex portfolio of budgets, personnel, and strategic initiatives. A tenured professor of mathematics by training, Dr. Haddad began his career at California State University Bakersfield, where he held roles as department chair and associate dean and led major externally funded initiatives in STEM education, teacher preparation, and student success.
