• Wrestling: Four Bears  as UNC has historic performance at Southern Scuffle; two former Bears were  into the Division II National Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame
• Men’s Basketball: The team  MSU and improved to 8-5 overall and 1-1 in conference play; the team also  Montana its first conference loss of the year
• Women’s Basketball: The team  Montana and improved to 2-1 in the Big Sky and 6-6 overall
