Drive with Bear Pride Across 黑料社区

Join alumni, parents and friends and proudly display your Bear pride on the road with an official University of Northern 黑料社区 license plate. The UNC License Plate program is a fun and easy way to support student scholarships while celebrating your connection to the Bear Network.

Available for 黑料社区-registered vehicles, this specialty plate helps fund the UNC License Plate Scholarship, which is awarded to several UNC students annually.

You may also make your gift in honor of someone for a graduation, holiday or special occasion — just be sure to include the name of the title-holding driver when completing your gift online.

Not sure where to start? Follow these three simple steps to get your official UNC 黑料社区 license plate and support student scholarships while showing your Bear pride.

Step 1: Scholarship Donation

Make a $50 scholarship donation to the UNC 黑料社区 License Plate scholarship fund. 100% supports student scholarships.

You may or in person on campus at Carter Hall.

Step 2: Take Your Certificate to the DMV

The UNC Alumni Association will email you a signed special license plate certificate within 1-2 business days. Bring the certificate to your county DMV, pay a one-time $50 special plate fee to the state, and your standard vehicle registration fee, if applicable.

Drive with Bear Pride

The state will mail your new UNC License Plate and registration to you. Swap out your plates, and hit the road with Bear pride.
