• Fee Deadline: Student registration is due when they register and will be paid through the Zfairs system via debit/credit card.
• Judge Registration Deadline: February 26, 2025
• Website deadline: URLs are due at registration. All changes must be finalized before the websites lock at 6pm on March 5, 2025
• Paper Deadline: 6pm March 6, 2025 in single electronic file to at 
• Documentary URLs for YouTube uploads (with public access) are due by 11:59pm on March 9, 2025.
• All written documents for ALL categories are due in PDF format to Zfair by 11:59pm on March 9, 2025.
