Transferring Credit to UNC
Welcome to the Transfer Information page at UNC! Here, you can learn how your previous college credits might transfer to UNC and what policies apply. The University of Northern ºÚÁÏÉçÇø may grant academic credit for courses completed at another institution.
Official transcripts can be sent to UNC anytime for consideration. We follow guidelines established by the academic departments to award transfer credit.

Transferology is a free service that allows you to see how your courses will transfer to UNC.
International TransferView helps identify transfer equivalencies from foreign institutions.

Transfer Equivalency Report
The Transfer Equivalency Report (TER) shows which classes a student took at another college and how they count at UNC. Students can see their TER in their admissions portal and in their MyUNC portal.
