Thinking about living in a UNC house?
If you’re a sophomore or above, you’re eligible to live in one of UNC’s university-owned houses—a great option if you’re looking for a more independent campus living experience.
Houses include a mix of single and double rooms, and room assignments are made by the Housing & Residential Education office.
- Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Space is limited and availability depends on when your contract is submitted.
- This is not family housing: it’s just for UNC students.
Interested? Reach out early to secure your spot—these cozy homes fill quickly!
